Diving In

She watched her life as if not there

Decisions seemingly without care

But deep down inside was great intent
The actions seemed wrong but were heaven sent

The path widened and narrowed as events passed
But the pain of deep valleys would not be the last
And yet flailing arms under wet water so nervous
Towards the promise of air which was there at the surface

And then those glorious moments of sun

Warming and reminding her to be still and not run

For moments of peace can be created at will

From diving inside learning how to be still

Wisdom age time ticking so fast

Brought knowing love of self at last

For the journey was the purpose of all she had done

To realize she was her own answer since time had begun
